How can I get notified of a specific event across all cases?

Depending on your subscription level, you can set global alerts for events or documents such that you will receive an email anytime a new result in our database matches your search parameters.

Start with our document search feature to pinpoint the event or document for which you want to receive alerts.

Once you are satisfied with the results of your search, use the left hand navigation to set an alert.

As shown below, after you refine a search, you will be able to select an interval period and then click the "create alert" button.

 

You can "save" your search for later, or set an hourly, daily or weekly alert. 

You can edit or delete your alert from your dashboard. Just click the "view" button near the bottom to get to your alerts management page shown below.

From here, click on the action you want to take and confirm it when prompted.
